CoreFit Health is an established Sports & General Injuries Clinic. We work with all individuals from children through to the elderly on any musculoskeletal injury/condition, from sports injuries through to paediatric conditions and work related repetitive strain injuries.
CoreFit Health offers Sports Massage, Injury Treatment and Rehabilitation to reduce and ultimately eliminate the aches and pains that these injuries may incur and offer advice on prevention and avoiding re-occurrence of the injury. We also offer a Body MOT for those wanting to prevent injuries and stay in peak physical fitness. Another important factor that CoreFit Health implements is education.
When individuals understand their body and their injury, including how it has occurred and how it can be treated, they feel more in control of the injury and have a better chance of preventing re-occurrence.
